Origin Awards Employee of the Month
Dalal Ghazi, Accounts Executive at Origin Group, has been awarded “Employee of the Month” for the month of June. Ms. Ghazi has exhibited outstanding performance over the past period allowing her to differentiate herself from her peers. This initiative comes as part of Origin’s continuous attempts to motivate, encourage, and honour its employees. The Group’s CEO, Mr. Ahmed Al Banna, rewarded and congratulated Dalal on her achievement and said “what enabled Dalal to receive this award was a combination of several factors that have matched the criteria set by Origin Group for those who deserve this award. Dalal has regularly gone the extra mile and exceeded expectations, showed discipline in her work with upmost quality, and displayed commitment outside of working hours. It is worth noting that this award is given to the ideal employee on a monthly basis whilst adhering to the high standards set by Origin Group, and in accordance with these standards, Dalal has deserved this award.
