Origin Group hires Mr. Hesham Bedaiwi as a Business Analyst
In its attempt to increase Bahrainization within the company, Origin Group recently hired Hesham Hasan Bedaiwi as a Business Analyst. Mr. Gary Casey, Senior Consultant at Origin Group expressed his appreciation with this hiring decision and said “although we are specialized in the development of systems, personnel management, and human resources, we need to work on the training and building of Bahraini competencies in the field of management. Organizations should not rely on foreign labor.”
Mr. Hesham Bedaiwi expressed his enthusiasm in joining the team. Hesham is pleased to be joining a company with an outstanding national and regional repute. Hesham graduated in 2013 from the University of Victoria, Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelors in Management, specializing in Human Resources.
It is worth mentioning that Origin Group will shortly introduce the “Human Resource Excellence” (HRE) program in coordination with its headquarters in Ireland. For this reason, Mr. Hesham Bedaiwi will spend a month in Ireland to master the skills of the HRE program.
